Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will provide effective planning
and direction of all aspects of the organization’s human
resources policies, objectives and initiatives and support to
the company by using their specialist skills to manage the HR
programs and ensuring that it will improve business and operational
performance.
As part of the management team, help the organization
achieve its strategic business goals through the development,
implementation and administration of these policies and programs,
specifically in the areas of compensation and benefits, employment,
employee relations, safety, management development and training
and organization development.
Principal duties and responsibilities as a HR Manager will include
matters relating to the following fields:
- Identify and set up the job Levels and functions and specific
duties and responsibilities
- Set up the Company’s policy for Compensation &
Benefits for all levels
- Setting up and managing the Sales Motivation/Incentives for
the sales team
- Handle Employee Communications and roll out of the policies
- Identify and handle Training & Development requirements
- Plan and Develop an Employee Hand Book for the Company
- Administer day-to-day HR activities
- Handle Statutory Matters relating to HR
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources
- Above 5 years working experience
- Understanding of following: employee/labor relations, diversity,
staffing, compensation, benefits, and/or training and development
- Understanding of employee and manager coaching/counseling,
organizational development principles, teambuilding expertise,
conflict resolution, consulting, and facilitation
- Ideally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulations
- Basic competency with technology and computer proficiency
- Project and/or program management ability
- Exceptional people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatism and business awareness
- Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention
- Fluency in local language
- Ideally fluency in English
- Preference will be given to those with past working experience
in the media related industry.

Qualifications:
